“Excellent budget motel, comes with flat screen TV”
It took us a while to find the office/lobby. The sign outside the office was small and the entrance was hidden behind a tree. We drove around the complex twice and almost gave up before we found the office. It was actually facing the entrance to the parking lot and the complex, but hidden behind a tree. There were no signs at the entrance OR above the office (where it would not be hiding behind a tree) to point guests to the office. Check-in and check-out were both quick and painless though.
We got a room on the second floor and the room itself was pretty clean, including the floor, beds, bathrooms, and all surface areas. The room also came with a flat screen TV. It did smell a little musty when we entered the room, but we figured it was because the air was turned off and we just had to air out the room. Despite this being a smoke-free hotel, at one point people probably smoked in the rooms and you can almost never get rid of the smell even if it is really faint. In the middle of the night, someone must have been smoking outside the room or something, because there was an incredibly strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and it actually woke us up.
Other than that, it was a relatively pleasant stay.
