Pros: The close location to whatever you were looking for,
Location: Great just simple great.
The check in staff and supporting staff was just great. The were able to give you information concerning dinning and other places of interest. The room were clean and neat.

Cons: the internet
Location: Henry Ford Museum Greenfield Village
The hotel staff was wonderful. The problem we had was there was little to no internet connection. Called IT but they were not able to fix it, also the air would not cool down had to have maintenance come work on it.

A huge spacious hotel which is getting ruined

Pros: Spacious and the beautiful interior design
Cons: Needs people with more respect for the customers. Probably need more personnel.
Location: No need to add anything outside - very well positioned. The problem is the attitude toward the customer.
In order to check in it took more then 30min. The lady who took my printed reservation disappeared “to check with Expedia” about my reservation. Despite I paid for 2 days our room was never clean in the 38hr stay, not enough towels for 3 persons. Noise during the night - just 1 hr after falling asleep (about midnight) a disturbing continuous noise which lasted for 15min - unable to fall asleep for long time. Next morning after we served the breakfast, the waitress informed me that I have to pay it - she called the desk telling me that because I ordered through Expedia - I have no Breakfast included. Nobody responds to the phone if you need to get any info from the desk. Although I tried to booked a hotel with pool because they like to play in the pool - weren’t convinced to enjoy it - too many children and teens without adult supervision.

Convenient but Dated. Thin walls

We just needed a quick place to stay for a night. The place is nice, the rooms are a bit old and outdated. There was a mildew smell in the bathroom and the carpet floor was still wet. We were too tired to do anything about it that night but I would have asked for a new room any other time. We could also hear the neighbor guy talking through the wall.
