The room was large, the bathrooms modern, and the bedding very comfortable. The shuttles were convenient and even the room service food was good. I highly recommend this for a hotel close to an airport.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Adam, your chef, grated some carrots for me since I was making a carrot cake for my son's graduation in a town an hour away and I live 5 hours away. That kind of service is definitely "above and beyond". THANK-YOU! I'll be back.

We asked for a roll-away bed for a second bed in the room. Cust. service said they would send it up "right away." Didn't happen. When we came back from dinner we had to ask for it again and it finally came. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

I think you should be informed before check in about what is open or closed, Hot hot tub was just fine but they closed both down so now im diaappointed, My boys hearts are broken, no Pool, Hotel was nice the People excellent, 5 Stars. I think if some is checking with there family before they all there lugage in room, should know a head of time.

The hotel lobby was underconstruction, registration very out of the way. this will be temperary problem. hotel was as expected. Clean rooms, friendly front dest staff and location near airport and highway. Would stay again.
