Since I was staying in Greater Detroit for the first time in my life, I relied greatly on the hotel staff for directions to area and neighbouring sites and recommendations for meals, etc. In all cases, the staff was knowledgeable and helpfull. My room was clean and comfortable. I greatly enjoyed it and slept very well. I used the fitness room which was open until 11 p.m. and the pool. If again visiting these same friends in the northern suburubs, I would gladly stay at this property again.

We went here for an anniversary getaway. The staff at the hotel was amazing, very helpful and willing. Also, the location of this hotel is great, there are many restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely go there again!

We checked on Saturday March 7th. When we booked our room we selected the "club level" floor. Private access floor, beautiful pillow-top king size bed. Flat panel tv and wonderful "quiet". Slept like a baby. The pool area is awesome, though we did not have timeto use this facility. A little more expensive than a regular room but well worth it.

Before choosing a hotel I did a search for pet friendly locations in the area. I was surprised to find such a lovely hotel that allowed pets and without charging an extra 'pet fee' like every other hotel in the area did. After searching around I kept coming back to the Sheraton. It was WELL worth the price (and after checking numerous websites, I found Expedia offered the best rate of all). The staff was delightful, even going as far as engaging my children and making them feel like the most special guests in the entire hotel. :) We ordered room service on the morning we left and the food was DIVINE! absolutely delicious! I have three boys, so of course we spent A LOT of time at the pool. Though the chemicals seemed a bit off (not chlorine, which doesn't bother me - but a very bad taste if you happened to accidentally swallow some water), the pool was a lot of fun. We had it to ourselves almost the entire time. The hot tub was not working part of the time, but when it was, it was very nice. The workout room seemed very nice (I didn't use it but my oldest son did). The room was beautiful. Comfy beds, wonderful flat screen tv, plenty of space for all four of us as well as our two small dogs. Though I read some reviews that said otherwise, I found the room to be very quiet, we never heard another guest. My kids and I had such a wonderful time we will definitely be back again soon! Our entire stay was just completely wonderful from start to finish!

“dedication to customers AMAZING!”

Upon arrival we did not get the room we had requested. The management did everything they could to make our stay fabulous, including moving our luggage to a preferred room on Day #2. All the staff were committed to making our stay pleasant. The food was out of this world. Could be served at a wedding. Special requests were honored and we were able to enjoy our stay so much more because of it. We saw firework displays right from our window. Pool area was awesome and very private.

Very nice hotel, clean room great club level service provided. do not like that regular guests have to pay for internet and the Pool is not heated and cold.
