Staff was helpful, the room and hotel were clean and in great condition. The morning breakfast provided good assortment of choices. Plan on staying there again soon.

Great staff. Friendly & helpful. Usually with a smile! But, after many visits, my ONLY complaint is noise. Guests seem to be mostly families-- people who don't stay in hotels often-- and they tend to treat it like it was their house. At ALL hours, doors slam shut, people talking at full volume in the halls, kids running around the halls. You get the room noise from above and next door, too. When it's crowded, it's hard to get a peaceful sleep. It finally got to me on this trip.

Hotel was up to standard. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel has a gym and a small pool. Breakfast was the standard for mid-price US hotels. I would be happy to return.

“A good hotel”

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. When we walked in our room, it clearly smelled like cigarrette smoke (smoking in public buildings in Michigan is illegal). I went to the front desk to report the problem and they immediately gave us a new room with appologies. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Heat worked well, good water preasure in shower, spacious vanity area, good breakfast with a very nice staff person who set out breakfast. However, for being what appears to be a newly renovated property, there were little things that kept me from giving this a perfect score: gouged up wall in our room, elevator carpet tacked down with duct tape, elevator buttons scribbled on with pen, creaky beds, pool not heated and a bit murky. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.
