Fantastic stay!

Cons: Keep it up. Everything was great.
Location: Right beside the mall.
Great room, nice facilities, clean, organized, every detail was nice (for example apples in the exercise room, complementary postcards of the hotel, etc). My son had a blast in the swimming pool and we loved the hot-tub.

Excellent facility

The Henry is a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are relaxing, quiet and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything worked in our room and the hvac was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.

Great place to stay!

Pros: We appreciated the friendly and helpful service, and enjoyed the art throughout, and the pool/hot tub.
Our family of 4 stayed in this hotel for 3 nights when we were in town for a concert. It was a great place to stay and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The one and only snag to our visit is that we reserved our room through Expedia for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). When we arrived, the only room available was one with a king-sized bed. We were told that the reservation through Expedia came through the Expedia system as a reservation for a king size bed, when made for four people. We were told that they could send a rollaway to our room (it was there by the time we unloaded the car & got to the room) and that they would let us know if another room became available. We left and went to dinner, to a place recommended by the hotel staff. it was perfect for what we were looking for, to celebrate my son's birthday. By the time we got back to the hotel after dinner, they had found us a room with 2 double beds instead We appreciated the friendly and helpful service, the art throughout, and the pool/hot tub.

Nice Hotel, Great Staff

Pros: Very nice
Location: Everything was right there, mall within walking distance
We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. Was in town for the Eminem/Rhianna concert.

it was excellent!!!!!I enjoyed my self soooo much., I took a onbe day vacation after moving into my senior apt. after being homeless for 2 years. I was the bese thibng I have done in years!!! I had been wanting to go there for years and now I have knocked one thing off my bucket list

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Where do I begin? At the time that I stayed at this hotel on April 11th, it was my first time staying there. As I write this review though, it's May 10th, and I'm staying at the hotel again. I've stayed at many hotels, but this one by far has the BEST service, the best accommodations, and immaculate rooms. When I stayed at the hotel this second time around, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. I came into their hotel, last minute, very frazzled due to poor service at another hotel. I was looking for somewhere else to stay, and I already knew I liked this place. They had an event going on, lots of people, but they got me a room for that night. For both visits, I had my dog with me, a Siberian Husky. Most people would think that a hotel of this quality would not allow pets, but their pet policy is second to known for a hotel of this standard! They absolutely loved my dog, and treated her like family. Quality of service is very important to me - any hotel can make their rooms look nice and have comfortable beds. But the staff have to be hand-picked basically. And this hotel seems able to find people with great personalities, amazing customer service skills, and this extends throughout the entire staff - the people at the front counter, in the restaurant, housekeeping, maintenence, etc. I can honestly say I've never had a single bad experience with any staff member at this hotel. As long as I'm able to, I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in this area.
