Housekeeping was terrible.

Pros: Good location, spacious rooms.
Cons: Attention to detail.
Location: Good location.
We had to move four time to get a room with what we booked. First room was a king, not two beds. Second room was missing a TV. Third room had a dead phone and broken light blub. Forth room no ice bucket, one wash cloth and one hand towel for two people, one bar of soap and a previous dirth wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. Very bad housekeeping.

The Hotel was great in fact it was better than great. It was fantastic. The room was large and very clean. The furniture in the room was almost new. The bedding was clean and fresh. The staff were pleasant and always willing to help you in any way they could. This Hotel was worth the money.

It was a good hotel for the price , located in a nice area ( safe). The service was average and there were no restaurant open at night. The only gift shop is open from 5pm to 11 pm ! Overall good for the price

Human fluids on the office chair and floor. Drub paraphernalia on the nightstand. I checked out faster than I checked in. Nasty.

So disheartened

We have been staying here almost once a week for the past month or two. One time we got sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned. But we did get a clean room after complaining. This time, the fire alarm system kept going off, starting before 7am for over 2 hours off & on. Even though I had specifically asked for a late check out, for 12 pm, housekeeping tried to enter our room at 10:30am! Regular checkout isn't until 11 am!! Disgusted. Probably won't be back. Hello Drury Inn!

Always nice to come here and the cost is definitely very good for how nice this place it. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

We had no toliet paper in our room the comforter had all sorts of brown stains on it and the bathroom had mold above the shower head. We also had to wait for fresh towels for 4 hour. There was no remote for the tv and the lighting is terrible in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremly comfortable though!! And the room is very large with lots of room. You can tell the hotel used to be real nice in it's day but has gone downhill with matinence since then.

Disappointing

Pros: Location , that's all.
Cons: Everything
Very disappointed in the appearance and care of this hotel that use to be so nice when it was a Hilton. Front desk help sitting with head phones on, maids arguing in the hall, printers out of ink. Overall appearance was not appealing . Poor management.
