“Our stay at the Towne & Country Motel”

Our Stay at the Towne & Country Motel was very pleasing. Our room was ready, met all our expectations. All personnel were friendly and very helpfull. Tiffany's Resturant at the Motel had good food at reasonable prices. We were very pleased with our stay and when we return, we will stay there again.

“Great Value for Motel!!”

Check-in was simple and fast. Manager/owner was very polite and friendly. Room was ready as expected and was great value for the money. Clean rooms, safe, well-lit parking lot, close to everything we needed (we were staying in Windsor for a hockey game and it was in close proximity to food, the tunnel, and shopping). Would definitely stay here again.

Myself and husband stayed at this specific hotel when we went to the Watkins Glen winefest the weekend of July16th-18th. We were extremely happy with our choice of Motel! This definately deserves a five star for a Motel rating! The rooms were brand newely remodeled! You could actually smell the newness of the furnishings when you opened the door! Right from the carpeting, to the Bathroom fixtures... I would definately return to this Motel if I ever come back to the Watkins Glen area! I don"t think I ever stayed in a Motel that was so clean and brand spanking new! The owners were extremely friendly and very family orientated, including there little daughters, who also where their little helpers in cleaning the rooms afterwords. I couldnt beleive my eyes when I seen them carrying their little cleaning buckets washing things down! Sooo cute! They werent more than 8 or 10 yrs old! It is only 3 minutes away from the racetrack and conveniently located around everything you could possibly want or need! This Motel deserves a high five when it come to cleanliness and convenience. I would definately reccomend this Motel to family and friends I know traveling in this area in the future! Be back soon!!

“OK service”

Besides having waited in the check in office for EVER for the woman to arrive, everything else was good. The motel was only less than ten minutes away from the casino and the strip, so we were very satisfied with the location.

“Good one night stay”

I was only in town overnight, so I needed a low cost bed. This is an old motel, that is a bit tired, but the people were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable for the price. The restaurant served a very good breakfast of homemade hash and eggs. Not paradise but adequate and centrally located near the mall and south Windsor.

“Reasonable price.”

This motel was what I expected. Nothing fancy and I wasn't disappointed. For the price I don't think you could ask for much more. Staff was very accomodating. They let me stay a few extra hours as I had some time to kill before an appointment.

“Good, cheap hotel”

Not a bad location, close to mall. About a ten minute drive or so to casino. Free upgrade to a suite.

Good experience , clean rooms , wide rooms , good parking . its a nice place to stay with the family.

“Friendly but not impressed l”

The owners were very nice and accommodating, but the hotel was certainly not the ritz. Ok for just travelling thru I guess, but pretty old and run down.
