The staff were unfriendly. For $130/night, One would think that the bed would have a reasonably sized blanket. The blanket barely covered the bed.

It's a great place to stay. So close to everything but away from all the traffic a noise. Staff was all so nice and friendly. We'll be back again.

enjoyed greatlyPosted Jan 8, 2015 on Hotels.com
New Years accommodations were made easily on-line and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and eager to please. I was late for breakfast by 30 minutes but the clerk asked if she could get something for me. If I had to be forced to come up with a negative about these suites all I could recall is that the TV remote could've used new batteries.

Holiday BlissPosted Jan 7, 2015 on Hotels.com
We had a great 2-bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa which was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. We stayed here for 2 nights over the holidays and this provided a nice break from extended family during the hustle and bustle of the season. Lots of room to spread out! The continental breakfast was terrific - lots of things to choose from, and as stated at check-in - perfect for grab and go. I would definitely stay here again!

We needed a 2 bedroom suite, almost impossible to find in that area, that was great. The staff were extremely amiable, really friendly, felt sincere. Room was exceptionally clean, shower was great, lots of hot water and pressure. The cons: there was 1.5 inch gap in between our hollow, light, fake wood (all the doors are the same) door. The walls are thin - at 2:30 in the morning, we could hear noise for 20 minutes coming from the hallway - the next night, a mystery noise from the unit next door, sounded like a shower fan, for over an hour. Very noisy at night. Despite highways, traffic, no noise from the outside but anything on the inside comes through. The furnishings were old and slightly shabby, especially the kitchen stove. All in all it was OK, it was better than a Comfort Inn, the only type of other choice. A 2.75 on a scale of 5. But the other Expedia choices were worse.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I cannot tell you how happy I am to hear that you enjoyed our two bedroom suites. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our hotel and friendliness of our staff. I do apologize for the noise issues you encountered. For your next stay, please feel free to call and request a quiet room. We will do our best to ensure a problem and "noise" free stay.

Family of 4 stayed 6 nights.Posted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
After arriving 2hrs later than anticipated due to airport madness, we were warmly and quickly greeted and shown our room right away. It was as though the front desk lady knew that we had a long travel day and she wanted us to get comfortable as soon as possible. I loved that you need a key card to get into the door. It was safe, clean, and had very comfortable beds. We stayed in a 2 room suite which had every comfort we needed like a real coffee pot and dish towels; and was plenty of room for us all. The continental breakfast was tasty and had several choices including hard boiled eggs which isn't always an option at other hotels, and on those rushed mornings and with 2 kids under 3yrs, it was perfect. The hospitality from every staff member was top notch and area outside hotel was extremely clean. Our friends and family live 5-10 mins away so we will definitely return to this spot when we visit Michigan.
