Pros: We especially enjoyed out Room Service delivery lady! She was so very nice & sweet!
Cons: My order was wrong when I ordered my dinner. But overall, it was no big deal.
Location: We only stayed for the later part of the evening and unfortunately had to leave early in the morning, but the hotel was just beautiful!

run down hotelPosted Aug 15, 2014
room was run down. first room smelled of stale air and mold and had very dirty carpets. the second room they put us in was only slightly better. sheets on one of the twin beds in the room were wrinkled as if someone had used it already. room was very dark. overall, the room did not give off a clean feeling whatsoever. checked out of the hotel early bc couldn't sleep. tv was positioned very awkwardly so you couldn't watch it while in bed although i couldn't find the remote anyways. room was beside a supply closet so the whole night, the sound of a door opening and closing was heard and it sounded like the door to my room was the one being opened even though it wasn't. i was surprised that even in their business centre they didn't have free internet access. even if u had to pay for in-room wifi, you would think the business center would have free internet access for hotel guests. parking was convenient tho just beside the hotel.

Nice but no guaranteePosted Aug 4, 2014
I called to make my reservation for a family getaway. I reserved 2double beds for my 2kids husband and I. To our surprise upon arrival we were given a room with 1 king. The staff told us they were booked and cannot guarentee beds from third party company's . I purposely called instead of doing online to make sure I would get the 2 double beds. I paid a lot of money to have 4 people in a king bed room. Please be aware and next time I will call the hotel directly.

Not quite up to their usual standardsPosted Jul 30, 2014
Cons: Cleanliness, friendliness, promptness
Front door staff were curt and slow. Front desk staff was pretty good and helpful. The room was dirty, had clearly not been vacuumed, and the bathroom was left wet. The restaurant staff was excellent but the food was only slightly above average and not at all what we would have expected.
