Cold Outdated Room

Very cold outdated room and then the shuttle to the airport was already full when it reached our hotel...not a good experience and we will not stay there again

A place to stay for 1 night before our flight

We stayed over night and left our car while we were gone. The staff was excellent, the shuttle took us promptly to the airport. Dinner was ok but expensive. Breakfast was usual buffet with EXCELLENT attentive staff!!

Pros: beds very comfy
Cons: upgrade bathrooms and resturants
Location: location is great
Room size is ok, bath room is size of a wall closet. Restaurant service was slow drinks pricey and watered down. Rooms are old and need upgrades, complimentary breakfast consist of muffins oatmeal, waffles fruit and juices , cereals no eggs sauage or bacon not impressed

공항에서 가깝고 전화를 통해 pick up을 해 준 것이 좋았네요. 10시 30분에 아침 먹으러 갔더니 문을 닫아서 구경도 못했네요.

Nasty!

Cons: Everything.
We checked in for one night only to get ready for a funeral early the next morning. The hotel was being remodeled but since we only needed a place to sleep and didn't plan to use the pool or other amenities, we decided to stay. The next morning we went down to get our free continental breakfast (ugh! -- a few stale sweet rolls and some bagels) and when we returned to our room, the toilet was overflowing into the room and out into the hallway. When the maintenance man finally arrived, he took a look around -- the toilet had stopped flowing by then -- left and came back with a blanket to sop up the water in the room. The bathroom still had over an inch of water on the floor. We ended up using the public restrooms in the lobby to finish getting dressed. We were never issued an apology or a refund for this disasterous stay. Several calls to the manager and general manager were never returned.

Book with Expedia and specifically asked agent if it was a Marriott and was told it was operated by Marriot, that was not so and I booked on Dec. 28th as well. Very disappointed .

Reasonable hotel close to DTW

Reasonable mid-level hotel close to Detroit Metro airport (DTW). Free shuttle to and from airport terminal is convenient and easy, it seems to run every 30 minutes or so. The hotel is a bit old and worn (though very clean and neat); a renovation is underway and it should be in much better condition once the work is completed. The renovation was not a bother, at least not for a Sat night / Sunday morning stay. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Staff and service were excellent.
