Everything was great except the heating/cooling. The thermostat may need to be checked. It was incredibly hot in the room even when turning the temperature down to 60 (it was mid 20’s outside and snowing).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, nice bedding. There is a good variety for breakfast.

Thank you Mark for choosing to stay with us. I'm sorry we were not able to accommodate your request of a late check out. Unfortunately we have a full house coming in today and we need all the time we can get to insure our guests can check in on time. We hope the rest of your stay was well.
It was very hard to figure out what Road to follow to get onto the property in the dark.
The check in girl was a bit "cool" towards us. We checked in around 8:45 pm or so. I think it was cuz I dinged the bell. We were standing there with suitcases slung over our shoulder and I didnt' see anyone behind the desk. You could use an elevator.

I had to leave 1 day early due to a health issue and they were so helpful and refunded the full amount for that days reservation without question. I will certainly be back.

Rooms were nice. Great staff. But we picked this place because of the pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub had no heat. Very disappointing after a long hot drive excited to rest in the pool/hot tub to find out it was ice cold. We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew the poo/hot tubs heaters were broken.

Liked that it was convenient. It was not clean. A lot of dust, everywhere. The sheets did not feel clean.

No elevator so my friend eent to the room on the second floor and couldn't leave the room.

As stated under the accessibility section on Expeida, we do not have an elevator and we are almost always able to accommodate those who can not do stairs, as long as the guests makes our staff aware at check in or by calling ahead. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the shower was horrible. I'm assuming they have water saver shower heads. Everything was nice and clean and very nice. Friendly staff and good place to stay.

Staff was extremely nice and really do a good job. . Room walls, doors and tub dirty. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain easily. Bathroom door doesn’t close and was put on hinges a few different ways without fixing. bathtub for a king room was not something appropriate sized for a room.

Everything was good accept too may noisy kids. Kids running up and down the hall way yelling. Have parents/adults with them keep them quite and teach them to not run. Respect others peace and quite.
