“Tranquility”

Friendly, flexible service without being overbearing. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast served in different room. Three dogs happily wander the beautiful grounds. When I saw the front room with its fireplace, I wanted to move in.

“Perfetct for Dartmoor”

This is a charming country house hotel, set in the most peaceful and beautiful countryside. The hotel is very small and intimate, but offers all the expected amenities. The room was small but adequate, and perfectly clean and prepared. My only minor issue was that the bed was rather hard, and not especially comfortable. The catering is exclusively Italian, and we found the meals to be of excellent quality and a very fair price.
