Lovely English countryside locationPosted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Lovely location, terrific breakfast, friendly owners
Cons: Closer parking to the house would be an advantage
Location: Located just outside if exeter, perfect for a stay and do the trip to Exmouth

Great escapePosted Apr 28, 2015 on Hotels
Extremely rural yet 20 mins walk to the nearest village. Not much to do in the village except for two restaurants and a pub. Ideal getaway from it all.

With a car, this is a good value locationPosted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Having a car, was a great location. It was clean and spacious.....the breakfast was great, as were the very kind and helpful hosts.
Cons: We were very happy with all aspects.
Location: Good location just out of Exeter and close to great seaside pub The Anchor and other nearby restaurants.
We wanted to find a convenient location just out of town and The Mill Farm fitted the bill splendidly. It was very easy to find by sat Nav. Our idea was to use the Mill Farm as a base over 5 nights as we explored Devon and Cornwall......and it proved to be the perfect base. Hosts Deliah and Bruce were extremely kind and helpful......Deliah also offered a laundry service for £10 a load which we greatly appreciated. Our rooms were large and very comfortable....we would most certainly stay here again.

Highly recommendedPosted Mar 24, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent stay - nothing was too much trouble with very accommodating hosts. We had an enforced early start on Sunday and breakfast was provided very swiftly to help us ensure we could get to Exeter first thing. Perfect.

Lovely, accommodating night away.Posted Feb 21, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed at Mill Farm as we were at an Open Day at Exeter uni. We had a lovely welcome and served with tea & coffee. Our evening meal was also booked for us at the local Chinese/Thai restaurant, which was excellent also. The breakfast was tasty and served with the same applaudable customer service. Our only minor negative is that the pillows could have been a little more plump. If our son goes to the uni we will more than likely stay again.
