Very welcomingPosted Jul 26, 2015
Cons: For that price, very little
Location: Perfect location for emberking on the Tarka Trail
We only stayed just over 12 hours as we arrived late and left early before embarking on the Tarka Trail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Lovely overnight stayPosted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: Friendliness and cleanliness.
We only stayed for 1 night as we were passing through, so didn't get to see all the facilities on the Farm. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless as was the bathroom and a lovely breakfast, it was also so quiet Would definitely stay again but for a longer period.

Four go glad in DevonPosted Sep 9, 2014 on Hotels
Lovely B&B on a farm close to Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. It's a busy farm but owners are very friendly and take time to make sure all is well. Rooms are spacious although some have smaller bathrooms and most have a small double bed and at least one single so ideal for parents with children. Breakfasts are very good with a traditional fry-up, good choice of cereals and plenty of toast and preserves. Our room was a little dusty but reflects the age of the building rather than a serious issue. A great base for a holiday to North Devon.

Huge roomPosted Jun 22, 2014 on Hotels
Our first stay at Mullacott and we were very impressed. The room was wonderfully large and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Stayed here for one night with family on way to a camping holiday. Nice room for the 4 of us at reasonable rate. Breakfast was good too!

Farm-stay close drive to town.Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Farm setting was nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent.
Cons: Signage was poor as similarly signed B&B close by (Upper, Middle and Lower Mullacott farms) This accommodation was actually signed as Swallow Farm.
Location: Good location to explore the local area.
Difficult to find. Nice clean and comfortable farm setting in countryside. Do need your car to get to town. Breakfast excellent. The female host inappropriately went into our room each morning whilst we were having breakfast including the morning of our departure. There was no mini-bar to check so not sure why she did this. Don't think this was appropriate nor normal practice. After leaving our host phoned us as we had left our phone charger behind. She agreed to post it and on offering to pay mail charges she said yes but did request stamp cost plus one GB pound for a handling fee.
