“Wonderful stay in the most peaceful surroundings”
Could not fault the hotel, the onwers or the rooms in any way. The rooms, the bed, the bed linens, towels, the tea/coffee/cakes were welcoming change The breakfast with its variety of buffet style and cooked items were great to start the day with. The owners were always around to pass any information and their suggestion when required for new to the area like us. Will definately recomend the place to others and will definately visit again in the summer.
“Beautiful location, lovely hosts, cleanest house.”
We stayed there two nights, guest house is very clean and equipped with all the mod cons. Its owned by a lovely couple who looked after us very well, breakfast is something not to miss. We were amazed to see breakfast room fully set just for two of us and asked the owner not to worry about it next morning if we are the only guests but they treated us again next day with same. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely dog who started playing with us, tried to find him before we left but he was not there :( There is a walkway from behind the property goes down to village, not many places to eat in village. The Blue Ball Inn is a pub restuarant about a mile from guesthouse, food was amazing, highly recommended.
“Excellent stay”
Great welcome from John and Linda. Food great, room very comfortable. Short walk along a lovely path into Lynton (about 15mins), very convenient with great views over the valley. Recommended.
“A Very Good Guest House”
A very homely Guest house. A Welcoming couple. Good quality food and very tidy in a quiet location
