Great stay, Good HostsPosted Oct 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed 3 nights. Accommodations clean, comfortable, quiet. Price reasonable. Walk to shops & harbour was a little long, but local bus went right by the B&B every 20 min. Nice harbour area with lots of restaurants & pubs. Keith & Louise were very friendly & helpful. My sister hurt her leg, and they provided ice packs & lent her a cane for 1 day. We were leaving earlier than the breakfast time, but Louise & Keith got up earlier & made us a great breakfast.

VacationPosted Sep 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
A lovely, if somewhat dated B&B. Run by a lovely couple who couldn't have been more helpful. Although it was on a main road the noise levels were fine. Rooms are good, clean and well kept. Food was very good, of a high standard and good portions. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

Great servicePosted Sep 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our hosts, Keith & Louise, were very welcoming, friendly and obliging. They had a good knowledge of the town and area and were helpful with directions to various attractions etc.. The cooked breakfasts were just great with a good choice and taken nice and leisurely without any rush. The room had a tea/coffee making facility with en suite shower. Our room was cleaned and bed made up daily, and being on the top floor had a good view over the rooftops to the wooded hills above and beyond. We would stay again if ever in the Ilfracombe area. Recommended.

We had a god time, the hosts were very nice and knowledgeable. We spent one day In town and climbing ocean view walk and one day at Port Isaac of Doc Martin fame. Restaurant food averaged 4, with one 4.5.

very good stayPosted Sep 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Spotlessly clean, light and airy room, great breakfasts and Keith and Louise very friendly and helpful. Stayed to go to a nearby wedding and room was excellent value. Hotel is very convenient to seafront and town centre - might be a problem if you couldn't manage hills; but that applies to the whole of Ilfracombe! Only slight niggle is that wifi was hopeless in my room at the top of the house, but it worked fine on the lower floors.

Lovely stay with family at IlfracombePosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, size of room, cleanliness
Cons: can't think of anything
Location: Ilfracombe is a lovely town and plenty to visit around.
We had a very pleasant stay and were very well looked after with our children. Breakfast was great especially the local kippers !
