Scott, thank you for leaving your feedback about your stay. I am pleased you liked the Beekeeper cottage room - it really is lovely tucked away in the garden! All rooms are cleaned and then checked by a Housekeeping Supervisor, and the highest of standards are maintained. With regard to your comments about the room not being serviced - you had put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, and by the time you requested the room to be serviced - after 21:30 - the main Housekeeping team had gone home. I know that the Duty Manager came to change the bins for you as requested, and the replacement of one toilet roll does not seem unreasonable as there is always a replacement roll in the bathroom on arrival. I am sorry you felt disappointed by the service you received - this is far from the usual feedback about our team. I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
