“Friendly and charming”
The owners are friendly and very helpful. The ambience is also friendly. Breakfast is fantastic and the closeness to pretty Meadfoot Bay is a wonderful attraction. My room was generally very good, though I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking. Whenever I can get back to Torquay, I'll stay at the Meadfoot Bay Hotel--it's a lovely bit of quiet and charm in the midst of a busy town.
