Pros: Quiet village Inn whose bedrooms have been converted to a high standard. Food and service excellent with good food choice on blackboard each night.
Cons: Lack of shaver point in room and shower gel/shampoo in bathroom otherwise everything else fine

We very much enjoyed our 2-night stay at The Silverton Inn. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we loved our meal there on the first night. The location wasn't great, although it's not too long a drive into Exeter. Parking is not on-site, but there are spaces up the road. Would recommend as a very comfortable B&B.

Quaint little place away from it allPosted Oct 28, 2013
The room was clean, the staff friendly. The food was good and very reasonably priced.

A horrible experience looking for the place!Posted Oct 26, 2013
We intended to stay in a place nearer Exeter airport but unfortunately we found this tavern, the toilet in the attic?! We came back from the city at night time and spent hours driving in single track road with trees and bushes coming into our faces! Terrible place like Scenes in Lord of the Rings.

Very nice hotelPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Nice room.
Cons: Quality of the food.
Location: Pretty location, lots of waling near by.
I stayed for one night at this hotel. It was great. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a lovely little village. I also ate evening meal there, it was not exciting but it was good value £10 for pork loin in mushroom saute with peas carrots and saute potatoes, chocolate fudge cake with fresh cream and a glass of wine!

Quiet B&BPosted Sep 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice B&B with a good size clean room. We had an en suite which had a nice sized, well functioning shower. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and the stay was good value. The only thing I would make you aware of is that it is 8 miles from Exeter city centre so a little bit further out than we would have liked and we arrived on a Sunday and were unable to use the pub or get food because it was closed. Apparently Sunday night is too quiet to open although the pub looked really nice and the menu for the rest of the week looked great.
