“Best guest house”
We spent a very relaxing 2 days at Victoria Lodge. Jacqueline is such a generous host & Bev greeted us each morning with ideas & tips about what to enjoy around the area. The breakfast was fantastic with such a choice of hot & cold foods & the bed was very, very comfortable. Such attention to detail. There is such a gentile feel to the place. It's the best guest house we've stayed in.
“EXCELLENT B & B IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION”
Victoria Lodge is an excellent B&B set in one of the most beautiful locations in England. Jacqueline and her team made us feel very welcome and did everything to make our stay both relaxing and special. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet consisted of an excellent choice of fresh fruit, cereals, home made Greek yoghurt. This was followed by a choice of mouthwatering cooked breakfast. This is most definitely a 5 star B&B!
“Lynton Weekend”
Everything about this Bed & Breakfast is superb - from the moment we were warmly greeted to the moment we had to leave. The location is wonderful - Jackie's "Victorian style" home is to die for - like stepping back in time. The room was perfect - complete with four poster bed (don't even bother looking for a spec of dust anywhere - you'll never find any) The breakfast is the best we've ever had ( a quote from my wife) - home made yogurts / preserves / muffins etc to an array of fresh fruits with a large choice of cooked breakfasts. Congratulate yourselves if you make this your choice to stay. A 5 carat diamond of a rightly awarded 5 star B & B - we shall definitely be going back.
