Lovely English country b&b

Posted Sep 23, 2014
We had one night at Yeos Farm, greeted by their gentle dog. Owners weren't home but left a key to let ourselves in & when we met them later were very welcoming. The ensuite room was big, clean & very comfortable. Breakfast was also great. A visit to the Manor Inn for dinner in the nearby village of Ashton is also highly recommended!

Get away from it all location.

We have previously stayed here and enjoy the quiet location. This is a working farm in the Devon countryside with lovely views and very friendly hosts and a hearty breakfast. A few miles from Exeter but a small number of pubs with food a car ride away. Fridge and toaster supplied in dining room if you want to have a tipple watching the sun go down.

Peace and quiet

Beautiful location, however it is a number of single track lanes to get there. Very friendly and helpful inn keepers. Great breakfast. Enjoyable to walk the 240 acre farm. Convenient to other local sights in Devon.

Yeos Farm Guest House

Posted Jan 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
The guest house is in fact the farmhouse of a working farm. The room was very clean and comfortable. If you wanted to have an evening meal though, you had to drive 2.5 miles to a local pub/restaurant. The farmer and his wife were very pleasant and breakfast was excellent.
