I was satisfied with the room, the hotel is old and shows it. The sheets were clean and everything worked. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. I was overall pleased.

“Dickinson, ND Super 8”

Dickinson, ND is a common stopping point along the I90/I94 corridor and the Super 8 is absorbing a lot of those stops. The rooms are plenty clean and the staff is pleasant, but the hotel is well used and has its share of wear and tear. If you need a clean place to sleep during a road trip this hotel is absolutely fine. If you want a place to stay for a multi-night vacation stop in Dickinson I would suggest you upgrade to a more upscale hotel.

“OK for a Super 8, but not one of the better ones”

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the motel is definitely dated. It was clean and properly supplied. There was no dining area, so either you had to take your complimentary breakfast to your room or had to eat it in the congested front lobby entrance area which only had one or two small tables.

“Shoddy but clean”

My room was as expected, but the property needs work.

“Not impressed”

If you need a room at a reasonable rate, this will fit the bill. Not the standard we've become accustomed to, however. Breakfast was below par, but the staff was great and helpful when we needed it.

“Worth the price”

For the price, this hotel was decent enough. You might want to bring your own pillow. The ones at this hotel were the worst I have ever seen.

“Not Impressed”

Too high of rate for so low quality of motel. With temps in high 70's, had Airconditioner on high all day/night and still had to sleep on top of covers. Comtenental Breakfest was a bowl of corn flakes. No hot breakfest like most Super 8's. Had better value (Pool, hot breakfest, and comfort)for less $ at Fargo ND.

“not up to the new standard”

Super 8 was to have undergone improvements with its affiliation with triprewards. Unfortunately, it has yet to reach this property.

“Spend a few extra bucks and stay someplace better.”

Not at all worth the money. Every place in Dickinson is so full right now with all the oil field workers, but if you can find a better hotel and can afford to spend a few extra bucks, I would recommend you try to book a nicer place. You'll be glad you did, trust me. But hey, that's just my opinion.

“Avoid”

This place is a hole. Stay there only if you have too. Should have known we were in trouble when you walk into the lobby and it's a combination of motel lobby/video store.
