“Ugh!”

This hotel was disgusting. We had food on our floor in our room. The room was moldy smelling and damp feeling. The bathroom was the cleanest thing in the room.

“Super 8 Stinks”

If you can avoid it, do NOT stay at the Super 8 in Dickinson ND. The hotel is a dump. The rooms are dirty and dated. The front desk is run by an 18 year old kid that has no idea what he is doing. Definately the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

“Spend a few extra bucks and stay someplace better.”

Not at all worth the money. Every place in Dickinson is so full right now with all the oil field workers, but if you can find a better hotel and can afford to spend a few extra bucks, I would recommend you try to book a nicer place. You'll be glad you did, trust me. But hey, that's just my opinion.

“Shoddy but clean”

My room was as expected, but the property needs work.

“Less than appealing”

When checking in, the front desk clerk didn't realize that Expedia was paying for this and still wanted to charge us the full amount. Our room wasn't ready at check in because they were installing fridges and micros to each room, which ended up being the nicest thing about the room besides the newly renovated bathrooms. We requested a rollaway and didn't get it until the 2nd day, but the housekeeping staff was very helpful trying to track one down for us. The housekeeping daily service consisted of trash removal and towels. It was evident they didn't make the bed, vacuum, or tidy our room up as would be expected. We went down for cereal and fruit in the morning and they took everything away well before the posted end time of the starter breakfast. I wasn't sure who the housekeepers were as one of them was in baggy sweats and another wore super tight jeans and a tight T-shirt. And none of them had nametags so we were unable to let the front desk know who helped us out with the rollaway. The overall appearance of the public spaces was poor with garbage in the stairwells and bags of garbage left in the hallways. With some consistent preventative maintenance and daily cleaning, this hotel has some possibilities.

“Disappointing Stay”

We have stayed at the Super 8 in Dickinson a number of times in the past. This stay was ,in a word, horrible. Water marks, cleanliness issue, odors in the room,rudeness , literally hard pastries. Online price was reasonable- request for an extra night ( rooms were available) was double and AARP discount was not accepted. We visit Dickinson regularly and will not want this experience repeated.

“I would not go back.”

The room smelled of mildew and I ended up with a headache. The recliner in the room was worn out and uncomfortable.

I was satisfied with the room, the hotel is old and shows it. The sheets were clean and everything worked. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. I was overall pleased.

“Dirty Unkept and Not Worth the Money”

We had a non-smoking room, but the smoke was so bad in the hallway it penetrated into our room. Our clothes smelled of smoke the next day after we left. The bedding had cigarette burns (including the sheets), the towels had hair in them, the beds were cheap and uncomfortable and the condition of the hotel was not good. Not worth the money.
