We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. We read reviews and this one seemed to get the best ones and now we know why! It was very clean, was a large room with a couch. We were very impressed with the huge vanity and mirror as you walk in. It is the sink and vanity area for the bathroom and was a great use of the space! We would definitely stay there again!

Front desk man didn’t bother to stand or barely look at me when I checked in. When I came looking for ice maker, he stayed on his phone (sitting on lobby couch) and told me it was on third floor. I was on first. Friendly service mitigates third floor inconvenience, but there was none. Also, pool out of service. Not a biggie for me, but if I had children, it would be serious!

Mr. Fernando, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had at our hotel. That is not what we strive to provide our guests. I will talk with our team about the issues. Rest assured that is not the impression we want our guests to have. Unfortunately, our pool is closed for renovations. It is advertised at the hotel and on all of our websites. We are working diligently to get up and running as soon as possible.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed was that the hair blow dryer would not stay on the wall. The screws wouldn’t hold it. Also some of the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off.

The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. There were two issues though….The drapes would not pull to cover the window and there was a lot of light from the parking lot. Also the direct tv box was mounted on the back of the tv stand so you had to get up to point the remote behind the tv stand to change the channels.

Thank you for staying with us. In regard to the curtains, we have three sets of curtains. The outside stationary curtains, the sheer curtains and the solid white blackout curtains that are behind the sheers. There is a sensor that's a little black box on the front of the tv that sense the remote to change the TV. I apologize for the issues you had during your stay.

We was put on first floor at first and it smelled like bad went to desk to ask for a different room and was informed that first floor was for pets and we had no pet so was moved to third floor ! Room was ok but very out dated ! Time for a remodel!

The pool has been closed since April won’t be fixed till November. Horrible maintenance dead bugs in light fixtures in breakfast and lobby areas Mold in bathroom areas Our first floor room was always damp with high humidity levels and staff told us that was normal for first floor .the general appearance of building horrible , light fixtures missing in lobby outside landscaping neglected for months , they obviously had lost or don’t have a maintenance person , the orange juice in breakfast bar was warm and we were told the machine has been broke they would put some on ice if needed .there was one young man that was night time manager I think his name was Aiden he was very good and tried to resolve issues the rest of the staff was horrible and could have cared less. We were there 10 days everything in the area was booked because of event we were at so we couldn’t change rooms or facilities and it just made the stay horrible . I am not a high maintenance person or snobby or do I think I’m paying for a 5 star hotel but it was really bad . I do not understand how there is not some oversight from the franchise I will never stay in this chain again because of this and I feel I should be refunded a large portion of what I paid I paid over 200 dollars a night times 2 because I had an employee in another room and it was comparable to something you should pay 80 dollars for. I can’t believe Orbitz doesn’t do a better job of screening hotels they offer their customers.

I hate that you experienced this at our hotel. Our Juice machine has been fixed as well as the landscaping. We have had some damage to the exterior of the building that was no fault to the hotel. We do try and keep update on the interior and exterior cleaning as much as possible.

The best thing about this property was the staff. They work real hard to make things perfect for you. I would stay here again just off the workers. My room was clean. Yes this hotel needs some upgrades for sure. Its in a great location next to several great places to eat. You have to stay to understand.

Good for a night.
It was a nice place to spend the night. Very clean room. Bed was pretty good. Continental breakfast wasn’t open at 6am like the sign said. Nobody around to checkout when leaving. Exterior of the building needs work. I stayed at 4 different hotels over this week and this one I would rank number 2 out of the 4.
