A bit of construction going on in the area, but still easy enough to get in and out. Very friendly folks running the hotel. Facility is a bit aged, but in pretty good shape, and the bed was very comfortable (I slept 10 hours!). Free breakfast was basically waffles and cereal, which knocked it down a star, for me. But Hardee's is a quick walk away.

Great Place to Stay
Very Clean and Excellent Customer Service. The gentleman that worked the evening shift during my employee's stay was the Best! His customer service was above great! He is truly a keeper.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. The only downfall was the bathroom, but that wouldn't stop us from visiting again. The bathroom was huge, but no vanity to put your toiletries. It only had one small shelf. There was no towel holder near the shower to put your towel. Saying those things, we would stay again for an overnight stay.

I suppose you get what you pay for. It all began with the false advertisement of being a hotel. It is a motel. I wasn’t bothered by the construction. No big deal to me. The cleanliness and stink of cigarettes in the room resulted in a headache.

No complementary toiletries, no tv temote, no pen nor note pad, single facecloth for two people, as two seniors, had to climb upstairs to second floor room when entire wing was vacant, clerk was difficult to understand due to foreign accent. Not what we expected from Quality hotel

Bulldozer and a big hole in front of the entrance. That is not conducive to a pleasant stay. Only 2 other people stayed here as far as I could tell. Hotels should be required to tell you what's going on before you book.

Very disappointing
We rented two rooms for the night during a family trip. Both rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but both reeked of cigarette smoke. The next morning, the breakfast offering was very minimal, and the coffee machine was broken. We’ve stayed at Quality Inn & Suites in other states, and were generally very satisfied. This location leaves a LOT to be desired.

Nothing fancy but super fast check in, friendly and worth the low cost. If you’re just looking for a nice hot shower and a comfy bed for the night, this is a good deal for the price.

We booked a non smoking room and upon arrival, the room smelled extremely strongly of cigarette smoke. We were offered a different “non-smoking” room and it also smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel would not offer a refund or other solution. Would not recommend this hotel.

one nighter at best
this is not a hotel you want to stay at any longer than one night. the condition of the hotel is poor. it took us 5 minutes or more to get the key reader to work to let us in every time. we did ask for a room and bed upgrade after the 1st nights stay and they were accommodating and the bed was much more comfortable. we had a king size bed and 4 of the smallest, useless pillows but we left a tip and asked for more pillows and came back to our room with large nice pillows. the owners did their best to be accommodating but over all I give this hotel a 4 out of 10. we stay in Dickson several times a year and thought we were booking a hotel we had stayed at before but we will not be back to this one.
