“Outstanding”

Outstanding. Staff very nice and helpful, best location in Beaune. Recommend this hotel for sure, we were so glad that we chose it.

“I'll go there again”

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of town. The staff was gracious, friendly, helpful and bilingual. I found that their beds were like sleeping on a cloud...most French hotels provide fairly hard mattresses but this bed was just delicious! The room was small but adequate and for the price, a steal! I felt very much at home.

“Beaune greatest place to stay”

Couldn't have had a better experience. GREAT, staff gave excellent dinner suggestions and insured our stay was perfect. Will definitely return.

“Great hotel in middle of Beaune!!!”

The hotel was simple, clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful. Location was great. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price!

“Did not live up to expectation”

Used this hotel on the way down to Chamonix and then again on the way back to the UK. Party of three all having seperate rooms. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the shower in the first room was good. Proximity to town is excellent. Breakfast buffet was also very good. However, bedrooms are tired and need updating. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The second room on the return journey had a damp problem with mold on the internal party wall with the on-suite so it did smell and the room needed ventilating. My colleagues also were a little disapointed but then again we have all stayed in far worse. Perhaps it is worth upgrading to the best room?
