The staff was always professional and helpful. Some of the rooms can definitely benefit from a steam clean. Especially the couch and chairs in the rooms. Breakfast was a big plus as a lot of hotels in the area have stopped serving breakfast.

The room was filled with dead bugs/insects. After checking in and going to the room, I immediately left and stayed at another location. I would never, ever recommend this location to anyone - period.

Place was dirty, ac burned while in room. We were moved to another room. It was a little better but tv remote was not connected to the tv. We were offered to move to another room again. But I was tired and just wanted to get some sleep.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

This property was filthy! Inside and out. Trash was overflowing, trash all over the parking lot. Room had a smell.. room door was hard to open and stuck on carpet. No hot water. Just very disappointing.

It was close to the place I was going to do business the following day.
The toilet had pubic hair on the seat and on the rim. I always carry isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle and I cleaned up both the toilet and the seat before putting them to use. Everything else was o.k. except for some fire ants coming out of a corner of the handicap shower. Some soap and warm water sent them to meet their ancestors and kept them away from my feet while I showered. A minor issue of no great significance except for the toilet which is a source of contaminants.
