“Great price, great service”

Room was large, updated, and very clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was really small but not a big deal. Pool area was clean. Would stay here again.

We were at the hotel for a funeral. This was a particularly stressful time for my family, and the staff went above and beyond to help us and make our stay there as easy as possible. All of the staff was so kind and polite. The facility was clean and comfortable, but the staff made it outstanding.

“Great hotel for business stay”

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient. I was there on business and found the room was well set-up for me to work with free internet access, a nice desk, and even a comfortable couch for reading. Also, the hotel had a nice breakfast spread each morning and the staff was very attentive.

I checked in very late, but the staff was able to accommodate me; everyone was very friendly and helpful.

room was of decent size and the bed was clean, and comfortable. All amenities were in good condition. For those traveling the interstate near Lansing it is very convenient but otherwise is out of the way in relation to the city proper or MSU. Continental breakfast was barebones--all carbs--no fruit, hardboilded eggs etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Slightly Compacted”

I liked this hotel overall. However, I found that space in the room was very limited. Additionally, on the last night of our four day stay, after following the directions of a note slipped under the door telling us to remove the Do Not Disturb sign before 12 noon in order to have our room serviced, we returned to unmade beds and used linens. The daily continental breakfast helped to excuse this oversight. While I did not use it, the pool seemed to be a hit with other guests. The employees at the front desk were very helpful with directions, etc.

“Great value in Lansing”

The hotel was newer and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to I-96 and 496 and main road into downtown Lansing.

“Ammenities& perks”

One of the clerks was too lazy to send out my drycleaning and therefore told me they didn't offer that service, this cost me valuable time in otrder to arrange for my cleaning. The complimentry soda's, etc were not in the room as listed in brochure.
