There were some issues in my room, but you can’t beat a room and half board at such a low price. The food was nice in the restaurant, and all the staff were friendly.

Nice property. Stayed during low season so many of the facilities weren’t really in use such as pool bar and beach bar but I imagine they’d be nice. Has a good indoor pool to help out during the colder months.

Nice resort in tourist area in the island . Clean , good food and nice amenities. It was raining the day we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool , just wish the indoor pool opened longer hour specially on rainy days. Room was clean and big with beautiful view . Just wish they have coffee maker in the room.

What can I say I booked a stay of over a month but had to leave earlier then expected due to bad Wi-Fi ( well more accurately described an almost non existing Wi-Fi ) I work while away from home and in this day and age it’s unacceptable. Also be aware if you’re a non smoker or have asthma that most places will allow smoking, for me personally that was Offputting. Now the good points: room was clean , swimming pool during the winter season was heated ( indoor pool) Nice outdoor pools . Things that can be improved is food quality it’s is very repetitive and also train your staff to not flirt with costumers ( I had a couple of times waiters writing their phone numbers on napkins) thirdly improve the Wi-Fi .

Stay was mediocre. Awful customer service. Flight was cancelled and I showed up a day late but they still charged us as well as the city tax for the extra day we were not there. Just not worth it when you’re traveling on a family vacation with a one year old to deal with situations like this and very inconsiderate staff.

For families with children only.
The hotel was fine, staff were friendly and helpful. But if your looking for a relaxing trip this is not the place for you. This hotel caters for families with children and there is no escaping them. It was mainly french and german I was the only english man there. The crocodile 🐊 park nearby was excellent, I thoroughly recommend it.

This was just a one-night stay to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and she and her friend really enjoyed the pool. The food was good, and our room was fine, except that there was no air-conditioning. The staff said that they didn’t turn it on until June 15, and we were there at the end of May. It was very warm in our room.

Ants in bathroom. Towels not clean, one was used. Hotel provided a kettle but was leaking almost caused electrical problem. One nite some food was not cooked enough. Overall was disappointing.
By the pool at night was better than staying in room

Cool all-inclusive resort
It was a good place. The buffet was very large and most of the stuff tasted good. Bedding was comfortable and brand new. I think they treat their water but it's probably better than the alternative. Even though parking options aren't listed in their filters while booking, there was plenty of convenient self-parking near the entrance. The pools seemed great too.

Beautiful beach front hotel
Hotel facilities and staff are great. This hotel is located in front of the beach. That’s so convenient and perfect for beach lovers! The pools are so clean and the kids pool has a beautiful and brand new water playground. It is amazing for children up to 16 years old. I highly recommend that hotel in Djerba!!

first off, booked 2 rooms with the option to pay at the hotel, get there and they cant charge to my amex or visa since its a US credit card, staff has no idea how to charge these cards they talk to their service provider and they too have no idea, they think the credit cards in US are similar to Europe where you have a chip and have to enter a pin so after several tries over the next 2 days i finally had to wire money through western union to pay these guys in cash. i wish hotels.com did not offer this option if we cant actually go ahead with it. all hotels.com said was the hotel accepts payment only in EUROS, i thought thats fine i will charge to my AMEX, well lesson learned dont use that stupid option and just pay in advance. another issue one of the 2 rooms was not even prepared for us, the other room had water and fruits and patio furniture in the patio as it should be. the other room, broken patio glass door, patio furntures inside the room and no water or fruits as in other room. i asked the front desk he tells me only on the first day u get water and fruits, he did not understand that i didnt get it to begin with, no worries bought my own water, just i have stayed at many hotels and this wasnt my best experience. also the half board only includes breakfast and dinner, no drinks are included which seems pretty stupid to me i understand not including alcoholic beverages but how much more would it cost them to include bottled water and soft drinks?

Great Deal for a Great Hotel
As a family with 2 small children we were greatly impressed with this hotel. We appreciated the care and attention give to our daughters. The waiters had a high chair at our table ready for us at each meal. The rooms and hotel in general were spotless. Since it is December and too cool for outdoor swimming we absolutely loved the spacious and warm indoor pool! Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

Went to Djerba for three nights with a friend. Expected a quiet vacation and got what I wanted, sort of. The hotel is in the tourist ghetto isolated from the rest of the island. So expect to be surrounded by mostly package tourists from Europe. Guests were for the most part German and French, meaning that English was not spoken much by the staff, though some members of the concierge were good about it. I got around with rudimentary French. It's a affordably priced hotel with all-inclusive packages, so the quality of everything was only slightly more than tolerable. Food was OK as long as I avoided bad Western food, drinks were OK if I stuck to simple cocktails without too many ingredients, service was OK if I did not ask many questions, and the room was...OK. They obviously cut cost wherever they could by making things just slightly above acceptable. Our room had a huge gap between the window and the frame, which the staff had stuffed with wads of tissue. The shower head was so light and flimsy that it turned out of control when I did not hold it with my hand. The most annoying, however, was the activity coordinators all around the property, stopping me whenever they could and trying to get me to sign up for tours at an additional cost. When I politely refused they became terse and treated me like I was invisible.

Very nice hotel, well worth the money spent
The hotel was clean and nice, no overflow of anything but just enough and clean. Very good hotel to be only a 3 star hotel.Internet is about 2 Euro/hour when majority of others hotels offers Wifi in rooms or in reception area free of charge. Overall, it is a good price/quality hotel.

All round great value PLUS good food
We loved this place and found it a great place for families to stay. Don't know if it is the prevailance of French guests, but the standard of food (and all-inclusive drinks) was great, especially as it was buffet-style. There was variety each day. The mini-club leader was lovely with the kids, and there was variety in the entertainments provided each evening. I was enormously impressed with the dedication of the staff, particularly the "Animations" team - they never looked bored, or like they were just doing their jobs, but made every guest feel welcome and as included as they wanted to be. We loved it, loved it, loved it, and we are confirmed and seasoned backpackers and campers! Can't wait to go back

The place is fine - but is really geared to the package Euro senior - so not really fun for the rest of us and really not near anything - so you're pretty much stuck there. The food is pretty good and plentiful (but if you are not on the all inclusive plan - like us who were on the half board - for some reason not a single drink is allowed at dinner not even water - kind of shocking for a notable chain - and they were adamant about it - couldn't even bring in your own bottle of water).

Very nice staff, the air conditioning in our room didn't work. The beds were not very comfortable. The staff were great though all very friendly and helpful, not many spoke English but they all tried. Great swimming pool. I was alone with my four kids and felt very safe. Fun place for families.

Hôtel dans lequel nous avions déjà séjourné et qui nous avait plu. Personnel accueillant et à l'ecoute ( reception, bar, gardien à l'exterieur...)Personnel de la salle à manger extraordinaire et aux petits soins pour tous. Nouvelles infrastructures comme la salle de sport bien conçues avec des horaires adaptés. Jardin magnifique. Directeur de l’hôtel présent. Superbe hôtel.
