Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Bon accueil, nourriture bonne et variée, chambre confortable. Deux choses à améliorer: je jus d'orange du matin et l'approche environnementale (=pas besoin de changer systématiquement les serviettes chaque matin).

Excellent Choice
I highly recommend this hotel. A good hotel with bad customer service is no good. a Bad hotel with a good customer service may pass by. This hotel is very good with a very good customer service. The room was nice and the food was excellent. The beach bar was very nice .You wont get bored

Hotel good, some customers failed
Overall the hotel was very good. However, a high number of customers failed to respect the Covid restrictions and were not wearing masks in public places. During meal times safe distances was not kept when queuing for food. There was sufficient information and hand sanitizer to enable people to comply with Covid etiquette.

Exceptional 7 Day Family Vacation!
An exceptional family vacation in one of the best all-inclusive family hotels we ever stayed in. The beach/sea is simply STUNNING, the infrastructure and facilities are very well kept, the food offer plenty of variety and is great, and plenty of activities for everyone!

The staff were excellent, the outside facilities were good, beautiful gardens, with very good entertainment options. The one thing which should be improved is the lounge furniture, it is very uncomfortable, not appropriate for the older guests and not adequate for the amount of guests during the winter. The bar area also needs improving, the dance floor takes a lot of space leaving the seating area cramped and uncomfortably noisy.

They give us different room than what we book ....the room was very far from the reception... We book sea view room they give us sand dune view !!!!

I use to to be in seabel and I like it so much, but this time I noticed that the corridors are not equipped with cameras and I felt concerned about this issue The hotel is amazing as always

This hotel is crying for new management
Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at, 3 star at best. They turn off A/C in their restaurants, give you ripped towels, rooms are dirty and staff pretends like you are doing them a favor by staying there. Needs new management for sure.

Food as expected for all in stay (Tunisian food was good but the rest was not tasty) Room was clean Staff is tough and gives the impression that you are bothering them, lack of explanation on installations and commodities when checked in ! Following our complain the general director offered us a diner at restaurant and apologies for the inconvenience caused which was appreciated.

The hotel is good in general with other facilities and services. But regarding the open buffet was not good enough as they need to add middle eastern cuisine and indian cuisine for diversity and variety as well. I noticed only EU cuisine and Tunisian. If they can add more at least once a week for ME cuisine and Asian such as Indian and SriLankan cuisines. Thank you,

The worse hotel I have ever been in , the staff very rude and the room was smelly , dirty with hair in the sink and the sink didn't pass the water.. I don't recommend this hotel to any one

Excellent hotel, fabulous beach
We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay. Customer service was top-notch, daily variety and quality food was very high and the beaches and hotel gardens are well-maintained and beautiful.

Ok hotel, we went for our honeymoon, but you wouldn't think so, difficult if you only understand English and as usual French, German and Italians take the loungers at the pool And beach be prepared to sit at a table near the bars if you need to sit down and you need to tan !!!

Nice Hotel
The hotel is a suitable place for summer-time family vacation, with good facilities and reasonable programs. Indeed, my advice is to concentrate a bit about kids activity, I suggest to provide the kids club with professional people to improve the service. Finally, I am highly recommening for summer holiday with family.

Les chambres sont grandes, le personnel est agréable et serviable. Nous avions demandé via Expedia et via leur email pour un transfert depuis l'aéroport, mais les demandes sont restées sans suite. Le buffet est varié, mais pas toujours chaud.
