Older Hotel

Posted Jan 29, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was fine
Cons: Bed needs replcaed. Update the TV
Location: The location is in the old section of town. Nothing in the area.
The photos showed a much newer nicer hotel. I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel based on the money per night spent. There are to many newer hotels in town to stay at a 1970's best western. The beds are worn out the tv's need to be updated.

Great Weekend Stay

Posted Oct 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
I came up to Garden City to visit someone attending the college. The hotel is very close to the college as well as the shopping area (Target, JC Penny). The room was a basic hotel size and was clean. Staff was very friendly and kept the lobby clean and inviting. Free breakfast featured eggs, gravy, sausage as well as pastries. I will stay there again.

Pricey for quality

Plug ins did not work, switch had short, brought extension cord for iron & lamp. Lamp shades all broken, TV guide on tv not correct. Little things but for $100 a night should be fixed!
