The Hotel is limited in its facilities and doesn't cater for westerners. Needs more casual lounge areas and more dining options.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

This is a relatively new hotel, situated near the old town centre and close to the airport. If you are doing business in the new downtown area this is not a convenient location and there is nothing of interest nearby, but a few three star hotels.. It is off the beaten track now and a few of the drivers had some difficulty finding it. As taxis are at a premium in Doha, you are compelled to use local limo services, which are expensive. If you wanted a taxi, you had to order it two hours in advance. Aside from one or two exceptions the staff lack common sense; they are good hearted, but cannot offer a first class service with poor tools. There is nothing in the hotel minibar, for instance. Half the food on room service is not available; and the bathroom needed a good clean. I would not go back.
