“good value and food outlets are both excellent for quality and value. my first choice when i stay in”

i stayed at this hotel after seeing a special rate advertised on expedia. the hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the decor was more than expected. food and beverage outlets in the hotel are great value and serve excellent quality food. usually i leave every hotel i stay at to find better value food but ate all meals at the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located. The staff are very thoughtful and accommodating and did everything to make my stay more than what I expected. The rooms were very nicely decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and business people.

I needed a hotel near the airport for a night. It is the best choice if you want to stay near the airport. There is a shuttle service to the airport that takes 10-15 minutes to get there. You will need longer time to get to the city center. The inclusive buffy breakfast was very good.

Safe vault in the room was not working. I had to complain THRICE, to get someone to come and attend. Still they could not fix the problem. I believe, such an important fixture in the room should have been maintained properly OR atleast guest should have been informed about the same on arrival. Neither of this happened. More disappointing was the fact that I had to remind them thrice - finally to have it un-repaired.

Well, since I booked through expedia, I thought I had already paid, but when I got to the counter, the receptionist said that the booking was not paid for, then I had to give all the payment information all over again. I book online so I can avoid all that hassle at the hotel. Also, the hotel was in a bad area, and although the staff was ok, the tenants of the hotel were pretty rude.
