No maid service. No hair dryer. No bottled water and no glasses in the kitchen (what's the point of having a kitchen without anything in it?). Smelly. Dismal breakfast. Depressing.

I arrived at the hotel about 1105PM. The check in process was relative easy and quick. However, when I asked to get a bottle of water, the staff told me the restaurant closes at 11. There was no vending machine and they couldn't do anything other than to get delivery. The delivery was quick and the cost pretty cheap but still, seems kind of weird to not have any vending machine onsite. Furthermore, the hotel description said it was close to the shopping center. I suppose by car, it is pretty close - about half a mile. However, there is nothing else within walking distance. This hotel is located in a string of residential building within not even the common local convenience store found in many other places. The hotel is okay. The room is very comfortable - good air condition, decent internet. However, the bathroom was VERY run down. The tub had cracks along the base and near the walls. Worse, the toilet was not functioning well and the water was leaking out of the base! When I told the staff, they took care of the plug but not the leak. Thankfully, I was there only for 1 night.

It is very clean hotel, AC is so strong but noisy, I used to turn it off sometimes. the room has kitchen, but no cups, spoons and etc. and would be of no use if you dont buy these. Not even a glass :). Best thing is the restaurant in ground floor, very nice chef and good food, loved to have dinner there.
