Moevenpick Tower & Suites Doha

Every thing was perfect. One thing was -ve. Internet interruption was very annoying. I could not enjoy my surfing for one afternoon.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left (and that includes storing my suitcase for an additional 7 hrs) customer service was stellar. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Dining, can only comment on the Lime Cafe for coffee - very good. Located in the main lobby.

This hotel is ideally located in the Diplomatic area of Doha. From here, it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the City Mall, the Sheraton for the beach, the Hilton for the bar and restaurants plus it is in a quiet and elegant part of town. I had a great view from my room on the 24th floor. The breakfast and reception staff are excellent and somehow they seem to remember everyone's name, so as a female traveller on my own there, they made me feel really welcome, at home and special as they greeted me by first name every morning, asking me how I am, offering me a newspaper to read. The breakfast buffet is excellent covering food options from many parts of the world. This hotel has a mix of local, business, flight stop over guests and tourist travellers (with all permutations of dress). The food at the Asian restaurant in the hotel (Wok Mee) is really good and the atmosphere is very romantic. There is a very nice swimming pool on the 26th floor of the hotel with great views over the city and also, a single sex sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. There is no bar here, but we met friends in other hotels for drinks. There is no outside swimming pool here, but you can pay day rates at other places to go to the beach. There is a small section of outdoor space for coffee just outside the lobby cafe. The beds seem to be too soft in this hotel as another guest said the same to me. There is a choice of 4 types of pillow and I tried 2 types but couldn't find a type to suit me.

Very good hotel in West Bay area with really good pricing compared to other leading hotels. I really liked the stay and service. Peaceful place without much parties going on.

Excellent location, helpfull staff, nice food, nice indoor pool, etc...

It's good, the gym is excellent, room is comfortable and breakfast quality is good. The noise from the adjoining building site is a problem. They also need to sort out the NTT Docomo television. I called for assistance at least 6 times. This hotel should also stop charging separately for wi-fi/internet. It is a devious, unnecessary way to add to the room rate. Business travellers want this as an all-inclusive rate.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet and room service were of an extremely high standard. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay and thought the states were very reasonable. The room was spacious, very clean, and very quiet.
