Spotless hotel but restaurant disappointing

The hotel was spotless, my room was very comfortable, however the service in the restaurant was VERY slow. Food was good once it arrived. Breakfast is a buffet which is served in a corridor next to the restaurant. This corridor has a lot of traffic of people coming in and out of the building which is not very hygienic. Some food / drink which should have been chilled was simply left out on the buffet for hours, e.g. the milk, meats, cheeses. I also paid 7 zloty for a peppermint teabag in the hotel bar, which I thought was terrible considering they had normal tea in the rooms for free. In spite of the complaint I would stay at this hotel again, but would not take breakfast or dinner in the restaurant.
