Cons: 1. Bringing a tiny dog cost us 100PLN/night, rather hefty. 2. The messages we received were disastrous. The masseuse had no strength when pressing. At the end of the session, instead of gently waking the guest up, she almost yelled. This is experience from both me and my partner. A waste of money. 3. On the room key holder, it's stated (in Polish only) 10% discount is offered for massages and hotel restaurant from Sunday to Thursday. At check out, I was billed full amount. After asking, the receptionist changed the bill to include the discount. Kind of feel like they're trying to fool you. 4. There's only one bottle in the shower for shampoo+shower gel combination. Pros: 1. Parking on site was cheap, 40PLN for a day. And there're plenty of free street parking close by. 2. Facilities were very fresh and tastefully designed. 3. Food from the hotel restaurant is fantastically delicious and good looking, at good prices. 4. The spa facilities were well maintained and has all we needed, a steam sauna, a dry sauna and a bubble pool. Not too many guests were using them when we were there.

Mediocrity for a 5 Star Hotel.
The staff was cold I would definitely not call them rude but they were far from friendly. If your an international travel expecting their to be usb outlets, there are none. Reception does not have any converters. We had two rooms mine were missing all the towels which may have been a mishap because we asked for rooms next to each other and they had to change our rooms to accommodate. They mistakenly had a charge for breakfast under one our rooms but took it off after taking time to check to confirm we did not actually go. Personally I would book something else if I had to choose again. They do have a lovely spa with sauna and jacuzzi. A lounge room with billiards.

Fantastic service and an absolutely delightful concierge man. great location as well. The only comment I have is that rather than one large duvet in my king's size bed I had two single duvets. The room service finished at 9pm, possibly because there was a wedding going on. However, they were very flexible and still served me a glass of wine. I loved my room with a terrace and a massive bathroom. The room was enormous. It felt like an upgrade from more typical 5* city hotels.

Felt like a princess at the palace
Most amazing apartment lovely decorated and comfortable with sofas, nice cozy bed and beautiful marble bathroom. We also tried the standard room and it was beautiful and clean as well. Nice spa and Wellness area that we did not try though. We tried the room service for breakfast and it was good. Beautiful place for dining and I guess the food will be lovely.

Nice hotel, not central location.
Overall a good hotel. More of a 4 star than a 5 star in my opinion, however overall very good. Location from Wroclaw centre is not the greatest. If you are looking for a city centre hotel, this is not the hotel for you.

It was an absolute waste of money and huge disappointment. There was only one person working doing reception, housekeeping and spa. Apparently because it’s Easter but hotel invites guests to stay there for Easter... they charge for toothbrush and don’t offer toothpaste. Very poor quality. Service is awful. Would never stay there again. Don’t waste money pay a little more and stay in amazing Monopol hotel.

Nice hotel but woefully understaffed and its use as a function venue means that hotel guests are left adrift and awake at 3am as music from discos could wake the dead. A great shame as the venue is lovely and the food is of a good quality.

Beautiful and worth the drive to town
The hotel was lovely, although notably off the beaten path. The size of our selected room was perfect for the three of us. The dual bathrooms were interesting; and it would have been nice to have a shower in addition to the tub. But overall the staff were very accommodating. Great towel and sheet quality. Lovely breakfast!! Taxis and ubers are cheap to get into town.

Excellent hotel for very reasonable price.
I made the reservation for my Australian friend. He was amazed with facility. We had the diner together in hotel's restaurant. The food was very good, the breast of duck was excellent, one of the best that I ever tasted. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Stay anywhere else in Wroclaw! Why?
One of the best hotels in which we have stayed in Wroclaw. Palatial surroundings, exquisite food, helpful staff. Only downside was that the spa was closed for renovations and we had so looked forward to using the facilities.

Nice hotel
Very nice staff especially the two girls on reception who were very helpful and booked trip to auschwitz for us.The only downfall was the mini fridge didn't work properly but it wasent a big issue. And didn't get much sleep on the Saturday nite due to a party going on til 5am which had to be up early for a trip.It's in a very nice quiet location with trams right outside the entrance to hotel there is also a lidl across the road and a shopping centre which is a 10mins walk really enjoyed my stay would definitely return.

We booked this room because we thought it was a great, off-season deal: 60ish per night for a 5 star hotel! Well you get what you pay for. It was an ok stay but I would not stay again.

Worth trying.
Definitely very interesting and good hotel for relaxing stay. , but it’s not very close to the center (old town). BreAKfast disappointed. I stayed at the simpler hotel in Poznan for few days before coming to Wroclaw, and breakfast was much better for less then half the price. Everything was so over salted. I hope nobody was playing a joke and it wasn’t a foul play))). I was thinking that someone did it ntentionally to screw the hotel. Especially scrambled eggs. It was uneatable.

Nice hotel, disaster stay
First, let me start with saying some nice things. The hotel is modern and looks very trendy. It has excellent location and the bar and dining facilities are very good. That being said, on the day of our stay, Wroclaw experienced above average rain. Our room, 208, got flooded very badly from the ceiling and only by luck our luggage did not get damaged. This was a shock to me as the wing of the hotel we were staying was build in 2010 and seemed in excellent condition. The staff switched our room to another one on the same floor but they did not check the room prior. The new room smelled like mildew and half of the electronics did not work - it was clear to me that other rooms were affected by the rain. All in all, we had to switch our room yet again. Me and my wife were about to fly 15 hours to North America and spent significant amount time playing baggage musical chairs instead of resting. This is not what I sign up when I pay good money for a supposed 5 star hotel. One thing I noticed is that the staff seems undermanned. There was no night manager on duty and I had to vent my frustration to the front line staff which I do not like to do as it is not their fault rooms were flooded. It should be noted that after our room got upgraded to a deluxe room in the main building everything went smoothly after.

I wanted to like it...
Stayed for 10 days. It's a nice looking hotel, although it's not 5 star. Good things Staff were excellent and food was good. Comfy beds Nice park nearby Restaurants nearby Trams/buses nearby, 15-20 minutes to the main square Had a few issues - Small room with half of the space taken up by low slanted ceiling. Try to get a room on the 1st or 2nd floor - Room had two windows with roller blinds, one was broken. Couldn't sleep past 5am due to it being unable to close and early sunrises. Unfortunately they weren't able to change my room - For some reason the lift bell went off for every floor, which resulted in hearing the bell every 5 seconds for all the daylight hours, not a deal breaker but annoying nonetheless - Had 2 bags of laundry done (socks, underwear and t-shirts) and was charged 426 PLN ($110 USD) which was outrageous, unfortunately at checkout they had a trainee who was pleasant and accommodating but with nobody senior available I just had to pay it - Minor things like towels not being replaced or liquids not being refilled by housekeeping but again not a major issue.

One of my top favorite hotels in the World
This is now one of my favorite hotels. One word: "fantastic." Staff, facilities, comfort, amenities, and price, are all amazingly great! We planned to stay two nights, but after our experience here, we dropped a night in Berlin, so we could spend an additional night here. We shall be back.

Lovely hotel but not 5 star
Well decorated and very clean. Staff professional enough but lack the personal touch. The lack of spoken English by bar staff evident he had to keep running to fetch the one waitress or maitre d. Lack of attention to detail; ordered Campari soda informed no soda but could give sparkling water! Moët Chandon represented everywhere but could not have a glass. Comparing this hotel to other 5 star ratings in Poland and unfortunately didn't come close. Meal in restaurant very good but lack of service spoiled it for us, again no personal touch. On check out not asked if everything was OK did you enjoy your stay etc.

The hotel was OK but does not live up to a 5 star hotel standard. The spa area was very small ( much smaller than what you see in the pictures). The restaurant was just OK but nothing special. The staff was very friendly.

Extremely Disappointed
Upon arrival, the first thing we were told by the concierge (instead of welcome) was that we had to move hotel on the third night of our stay due to their 'corporate client' wishing to stay longer. this ment that we were to be kicked out to make room for their last minute change. I refused and checked in. next morning the concierge told us again that we had to move, I request to speak to the GM, but he was unavailable. We went about our day, when we arrived back that night, the concierge was waiting for us to say the GM would speak with us in the morning. Next morning the phone rang at 9am for us to meet the GM. We went down and it was the day manager who was there to meet us not the GM. We were TOLD being moved to another hotel, a rubbish 4 star hotel in a poor neighbourhood, but offered us a free taxi to get there! After much arguing we had to settle on moving to the Radisson and getting my wife's massage (34euro worth) comped. We left the hotel without an apology or refund. It was without doubt the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. We were made feel unwelcome for our brief stay at the hotel and they wouldnt even comp the 17euro bar bill when we were moved. If this happened here (in Ireland) our entire stay would have been comped and we would have been moved at their expense if their 'corporate customers' were that important to them. Avoid, avoid avoid....
