“Wroclaw Sofitel December 2011”

Overall very good. 2 minor issues with the room. The AC controls were quite flimsy and so when used pushed back into the wall making changing the temperature very difficult. the cover for the master key access for the room door was loose and fell off when the door was closed. The 'do not disturb' sign stopped the door from closing when it was hung on the outside of the door. Staff were good generally particularly one waitress in the breakfast restuarant.

Only negative was the drinks and breakfast were very expensive compared to the bars.

This was my second stay at the hotel and was not disappointed. I love the location of the hotel as it is nearly on the Rynek. I come from Wroclaw and my favourite bar/club - Manana - is right in the front of the hotel entrance ( next to Regeneracja ). If you like to try a bit different night out and not having to walk far home - this is a place for you. But be prepared - it doesn't close till 6AM.Beer is only 7PLN. Place to eat - if you like Mexican food - Mexico Bar on Kielbasnicza Street.

One small problem - cigarettes smell in the lobby because people smoke in the lobby bar. But this is pretty much everywhere in Europe and NOT a big problem. My room was non-smoking so no problems there

“One of my favorties!”

Great location just around the corner from the Old town square. This is a great hotel with excellent service! One time while staying here, I accidentally cut myself. The hotel and the doorman assisted me in going to a local pharmacy and getting the things I needed for the cut. The elevator only allows those with a room key to go up past the first floor which is a nice safety feature. I really like the rooms. They are decorated in a modern style and the beds are AMAZING!!! They have Hermes and L'Occitane toiletries! The spa is nice! The massages and services are great, but overpriced. The parking is secure, but pricey. This is a great hotel that I stay at regularly!

“World Class Hotel”

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a beautiful part of Poland. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and air conditioning perfect! Hotel is just around the corner from a beautiful market square teaming with excellent little bars and restaurants and the most amazing architecture. Would definitely go back - but take mosquito repellent - they don't half bite!!

Best bed that I have ever slept in. Wroclaw's main square just around the corner. Breakfast very expensive but lots of nice cafes in main square.
