Beautiful boutque hotel in a restored brick building. Large room, wonderfully decorated. Not on the central market, but it is only a 7 minute walk. Fine professional staff and wonderful decor. Highly recommended.

Renovated in November 2009, this hotel is immaculate. Even though we stayed in their 'smallest' room - it was large with seperate lounge and kitchen area. Great, large bathroom with corner bath and nice complementary toiletries. Hotel staff were always smiling, friendly and spoke very good English

“Wroclaw's Jewel in the Crown”

The Granary Hotel is one of the best hotels for price, quality, service and surroundings I've been to across 40 countries. ALL of the staff inc. the maids and cleaners were extremely friendly, knowledgable, polite. The room we had was better described as an apartment. Two large televisions with satellite, two sofa's, low slung table + another table and chair, fridge, very large wardrobe, king size bed .... beautiful architecture with one side of the room made of sloping glass and dark beams through the ceiling. Bathroom was large and stunning too. Breakfast was first class. Selection of very fresh ingredients, meats, fish, breads, fruit, cereal, juices, etc etc etc. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful. Spotlessly clean as was the entire hotel. The gym wasn't a gym. More an area with cardio equipment ( stepper, running machine, nordic skier ) and dumbells to 20kg with a free standing bench. Good enough though to do a light workout. The hotel is very central to the city centre. 2 min walk to the Opera House and many churches and parkland. 3 large shopping centres also within 5 min walk. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone to chose The Granary over all the other hotels in Wroclaw. I have also stayed in the Monopol that has a massive reputation but I'd take the Granary every day of the week over the Monopol.

“An amazing place to stay”

It was one of the best places we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Europe. The room was clean and modern with separate living/sleeping quarters and a spa-like bathroom. The hotel is within walking distance from the Market Square on a quiet street with minimal traffic, which helped us ensure a good night's sleep. I'd love to stay there again.

“Very Nice pretty and friendly staff”

The experience was very positive, unfortunately the hotel parking was over priced Euro 15 per night which was the only downturn.

“Traveling with baby”

We stayed in the executive suite for one night. The room was very spacious and we were able to let our daughter crawl without fear of her banging her head every 5 sec. The baby cot was ready upon arrival with a pillow and little comforter. The bathroom was also fairly large with a nice tub for two but they only gave us enough towels for one person...Also, the hairdryer broke while I was using it but the hotel staff sent a man to repair it quickly. The room came with a kettle and teabags/instant coffee which was nice in the morning and made preparing baby bottles easy. We skipped the breakfast, which seemed quite expensive. Better to eat on the old-town square while enjoying the spectacular views. Quick easy walk to the center. The stairs leading to the reception are a bit of an inconvenience but there is an extremely slow handicap ramp available for those with strollers/heavy bags. The hallway was half-blocked by carts with the cleaning supplies in the evening hours. For a 5 star they could tighten-up some details but overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Not an appartment hotel. New but not clean. Floor was not vaccumed and thick leyer of dust covered our room.
