I would not stay here again. The toilet almost fell over when I sat on it. It had a couple shims under the back so it quickly fell forward. My husband placed one of their wooden hangers under the front so we could use it. The shower did not have hot water until after 10 minutes of letting the water run and the toilet paper holder was broken. There were spots on the bedspread and it appeared the carpet had not been swept. We arrived late so we were too tired to leave. But, we should have.

Okay for One Night Stay
The stay was okay. Friendly staff, but disappointing breakfast. Rooms were somewhat comfortable although the fixtures were not up-to-date.

My three night stay
I found the room was somewhat clean. There was no bathtub stopper so I had to take a shower. There were spots on the bed spread not big but there. I had to get a new key card after the first night and they were polite about it. I had a dog with me and there was no place for it to go to the bathroom. No grass or anything except the divider that had mulch down.

Other than the complete lack of safety afforded to the rooms, the accommodations were worn out and in need of an update or repair. There was not much care given to the rooms for example, the tv was unplugged and sat askew when I first got to the room, as if it was just put in but no one bothered to plug it in. There are feral cats running everywhere and the only professional staff member I saw was the gentleman that checked me in. There is definite room for improvement.

I generally don’t write bad reviews but this place was gross. There was blood stains on one of the bedspreads and the hot water didn’t work. The only comfort I had was a spider that was in my room- I felt like it would eat any bugs that might have been there. Fortunately he was doing his job because I didn’t see any. I was only there for a quick overnight trip but my recommendation would be to pay a little bit extra and stay somewhere else.

I took pictures of the plumbing, door, NON WORKING phone, unstable handicap shower chair. Even though we had reservations for an accessible room, the bathroom had a regular toilet, no stopper or flow filter on faucet in sink, the ACCESSIBLE shower was a regular bathtub with hand held shower head. The shower head could not be used as a regular shower because the head holder pointed the water flow at the wall rather than on the person using the shower. The door had a gap large enough to see movement outside the room. The closest working ice machine to our ACCESSIBLE room was almost the full length of the property away. The phone didn't work AT ALL-not the best thing for a handicapped person-irregardless of not being able to call the desk or outgoing, what if there were an emergency. The free breakfast had cereal and oatmeal, but NO milk, frozen waffles, packaged boiled eggs, but no bread for toast-only bagels. When we arrived for checkin, there was no one at the desk and it took several minutes before they came, even after I called out-I could hear them talking somewhere in the back. Once I made contact with staff member, she was very helpful and accommodating. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and courteous. I would say we deserve compensation for all the problems and also add that this was probably the worst experience we have ever had at a Choice property! We do expect to hear from the manager or corporate in regards to this stay.

Not Happy Campers at the Quality Inn
The service was friendly. As soon as we walked into the room, I was greeted by a very large cockroach who then quickly scampered under the bed. My wife was horrified. There was a "morsel" lingering on the toilet bowl wall, a leftover gift for us to see. The light in the bathroom was out and it was a real interesting experience showering in the dark. The shower controls were weird and very hard to figure out how to adjust to a less than "scalding" temperature. There was an odor of overuse of the hotel deodoring spray that many hotels use. I could smell cigarette smoke seeping in through the holes of electrical outlets where someone in an adjacent room was smoking! All in all, I have to say, my wife and I agreed that it was the worst room stay we had ever experienced. And that is saying a lot. P.S. The lamp next to the bed did not work, just to top it all off. And the "free breakfast" the next day consisted of cold coffee left there from the day before. Yikes!!! Beware. For about $100 / night, it was not worth it. Should have paid another twenty bucks and stayed in a far superior room. Recommendation to the owner: Spend some money and make it clean and comfortable, otherwise you will for sure continue to read these types of reviews about your hotel!

The property was unkept and the rooms were old and dirty. No light above sink. Saw roach crawling up wall. Blanket was torn and stained. Asked for another one. Two hours later housekeeping gave me another one which was the same one that I gave them. Same stain and tear

My room was already paid for through Expedia When I arrived I was told my room was cancelled The clerk charged me for another room. I Contacted Expedia they called front desk and said they should refund the second charge Let’s hope they do!!!

Nothing was unique that would be a plus. The doors were white and dirty, and ours was a non smoking room, and my partner was able to tell someone had smoked in the room. This was verified as we found cigars on the window well. I informed the front desk and they just shrugged suggesting they don't care. I would not stay there again.
