“Nice Surprise”

Coveniently located off of route 76, on route 31, this hotel was a nice surprise. Spacious and clean room, nice sloping yard in front, and quality guest service. We will stay at this Days Inn when returning to the area.

“Worked out fine”

Hotel was as advertised -- fine for a stopover while driving through. Only disappointments were that the game room has limited hours (6 pm to 10 pm) that we missed so had some disappointed kids. Also, didn't seem to be a fitness facility. The facilities were fine, it was quiet, and the continental breakfast was standard and fine.

“Falling Water worth trip if nothing else was in area”

Staff member on check in was exceptional. Answered questions almost before I asked them and was very helpful in helping me with local info and getting to were I needed to go. She would be an asset no matter where she worked.

“Nicer than expected”

Rooms are nicer than you expect from the outside. Staff was very nice!

“Overall, better than OK”

The hotel showed its age somewhat, and we didn't really like having to walk outside to breakfast. But the breakfast was OK, the Internet access was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient.

“Just so-so”

The breakfast provided was very average and didn't give guests much variety. The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

“Aging buildings, old style, but well maintained”

This motel is relatively old but in good repair. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. The gym is located in a different building so you'll have to walk outside. The gym contains a few elipticals, a treadmill, and an ab machine. It has five machines and the space is pretty small. You will need to go outside to get from your room to the ice, vending, breakfast, gym, and front desk. Parking is convenient directly in front of each room and plenty of space is available. The room itself is old fashioned. Some of the bathroom fixtures are loose but nothing is broken. The room is clean and the beds are fine. There is a brand new Holiday Inn a minute down the road. Next time I'll give that a try.

“Poor customer service”

When I arrived with confirmation in hand, they were intent on telling me that if they couldn't find my reservation in their system, it did not exist and I would have to take up any issues with Expedia! Walls did not have soundproofing so that women talking and laughing next door at 2 a.m. woke me up.
