A very disappointing roomPosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Its location is lovely right by the sea
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms
Location: I only stayed one night on business so I did not explore the local area.
The website for the hotel lead me to believe that this hotel was well maintained. The entrance, lobby and bar all were fine. The food was OK. This is a 3 star hotel so this was what I was expecting. The room was in a terrible condition. The wallpaper was peeling back on the walls, the bed had plastic in it when I pulled the covers back and the shower was possibly the dirtiest shower I have ever used. I made a complaint and I was given a 20 Euro discount only after asking for it! Also I was informed that a manager would call me to follow up on my complaint. I am still waiting!

noisey and confusion with bookingPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
when we arrived there was a mix up with the rooms, we had booked a family room that sleeps 4 and a family room that sleeps 5 and were allocated 2 double rooms!! we eventually got a triple room and a family room that sleeps 4! they had said they would put an extra bed in the family room that sleeps 5 and when we arrive to the room there were 2 double beds and and travel cot, none of the children were the age to sleep in a travel cot and again we had to ask for a bed to be put in the room! i myself was sleeping in the triple room and was kept awake until 3a.m by the music from a nearby nite club and the noise from people in the smoking area of the nite club!!! the hotel its self was clean and they put on entertainment for the kids but thats all that was good!

Extremely PoorPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good location, meals, music. This has been our second stay at this hotel. On our first stay earlier in the year, the alarm was ringing for hours into the early morning, suffice to say we did not get much sleep - it had been a waste of money. Due to it`s good points we decided to go again, unfortunately - it once again has been a disaster, there was no towels, nor toilet roll in the bathroom, TV remote was not working, informed staff about the remote on two occasions prior to being resolved. The neighbouring room party were fighting and partying until the early hours, loud music, and extremely loud TV on until just before 5AM. Do not think we will be staying there again

not nice hotel.Posted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. If you want a peaceful night sleep, and breakfast before you leave for meetings the following day, book elsewhere. Rude staff, unruly guests, very very overpriced rooms, which smell. Will not return. Ever.
