Horrible Experience!

They couldn't locate my Expedia booking record at the moment I checked-in. The reception area is at the ground floor of the building where there are a lot of non-guests hanging out. Smoke odor all over the place, and noisy. The hotel is only a part of the building, occupying a few floors above 7th (by guess). Floors below are either cafe, restaurants, KTV where the elevators are shared with all the other people. Heavy smoke odor when entering the guest rooms. Pillow cases and bedsheets are not clean. Air conditioner is noisy. Carpets are dirty. Bathroom has glass wall, one corner has a big crack. Shower water all went into the sink and toilet floor due to poor sealing and tile levels. They serve breakfast by handing into the guest room with two paper bags in the morning. I booked for 2 days, and I couldn't stand the room's condition so I moved out after one night stay, and gave up the 2nd night payment. Funny that they even charged me RMB3 for the tooth brush my wife used when we rushed out of their door.
