“Confortable”
Nothing extravagent but moderately priced, clean and comfortable.
“Nice stay”
The room was nice and quiet. No racket in the halls, or from other hotel rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful.

“Not bad for the money”
Pretty good experience for the money, i'm not that familar with Stergon Bay so the location of the hotel is very convient. I took my trip in December and despite the heater being off the room was not that cold. The heater takes some getting use to, but does get quite hot. The free breakfast was more than substantial for a 2 star hotel. my only complaint is the bed is quite firm, but if you are used to that sort of thing it could be a plus.
“It could have been better”
Staff was polite and helpful. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Breakfast could have more variety.
“Don't go to this hotel in the winter!”
We stayed for 2 nights. When we arrived, our room was COLD and the heater was turned off.....this in March???? It took several hours for the heater to warm the room. The following day the staff turned the heater off again when they cleaned the room. When we came back to our room later that day, the rooom was COLD and again it took several hours to warm the room. The pool area was COLD and the water was COLD. We were told that the pool heater had just been replaced....I doubt it!
“Not Impressed with Ammenities”
Checked in on a Friday and was supposed to stay 2 nights. When we noticed the indoor pool and hot tub were drained we checked out a night early and went home....we can watch all the TV we want at home!!
