“experience”

the view, pool, rooms, interiors, there are amazing, love it. The room it was extremely comfortable, pleasant, beautiful view from everywhere (outside, inside), big pool for fun, and beach just for a few steps more. The only con it was the bathroom, wasn't clean at all, toilet dirty. Otherwise it a great place to stay.

The staff and hotel friendliness was superb. They know the area really well and made perfect recommendations on places to visit. They also have a casino for any one wanting to make a quick buck.

The hotel stay was nice. We had a problem with the room the first night and asked for a change. This was the only negative aspect of the trip. It was not easy to get a change and we had to hold firm with the insistance of a room change. We did get our room switched. I recommend an ocean view or partial ocean view. It is WELL worth the extra fee. Mileishka Fernandez and Militza Ortiz of the lounge/dining staff were GREAT. These 2 gals did everything they could to make us feel at home. Mileishka was always pleasant and asked how we were enjoying ourselves. This is why we have the staff a "5" rating!!! Beach was cozy and the pool area was beautiful at night time. The Manager's Reception held nightly was nice. Sometimes the line was long but they put extra staff on to move it along. This was a nice added ammenity. Breakfast in the morning was filling. There was no need to have lunch. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to everyone!!!

“Golf Puerto Rico on 30th Wedding Anniversary”

The staff was very well trained. They were all very cordial and friendly. The golfing experience was out of this world, great golf course and staff. I highly recommend the experience. The morning breakfast buffet was worth the whole stay.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, we only had two meals each day because it was so filling! pools beautiful, we loved this hotel. Beach was small but very nice. We stayed two extra days we liked it so much. You should rent a car for this location as it is easy to drive aroi.d but far to walk.

The staff was very corteous! I love the hotel common areas and the swimming pools were amazing. The hotel is perfect for resting and to run away from the rush of the city.
