“Excellent choice for a stay at Poole.”

Stayed just one night booked 3 rooms and parties were arriving at different times. The hotel had read my warning of late arrivals and were all prepared when we checked in. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.

we spent one night in the hotel and everything was great. It was really easy to spend the night with our 3 and 4 year old children in the room. The breakfast was really good with a very good variaty of options, healthy and not so healthy. The staff gave us a good service and were always available when needed.

A pleasant hotel in the middle of town. It was better than I expected and it was really good value for money.

Very warm smiling welcome for Beth on reception. Helpful young man on duty in the late evening providing us with a map of Poole and directions to use the following morning.

“Ideal Location”

Good location,within walking distance of the town and harbour,clean rooms only negative was the breakfast,very hectic and had to queue only to discover no hot food left although they did bring more, it was Easter so perhaps thats wht it was so busy

“Room was lacking”

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet included was good. The room was dirty. The walls were filthy and covered with dirty hand prints and marks, wallpaper water stained and peeling, wall cracked under the window and the crack was full of mould. The fold out bed was on a constant 45 degree angle with the head going down. It was supposed to be a family room but it was very tatty and dirty. The cleanest part of the room was the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families. Perhaps a quick business stay if the price was low.
