“Extremely pleased with hotel and location”

Eight girls stayed here for my hen weekend and we were very impressed with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We did not have the breakfast that was offered, so I cannot comment. But overall we had a great weekend in Bournemouth and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is perhaps not the classiest hotel in town and is more geared up for the commercial trade rather than the tourist market, but for an overnight stay is pretty much spot-on.

Got upgraded to a sea view room due to a hen party staying either side of me. Room was clean with lovley views. Needs updating decor wise.

“Servicable, but nothing to write home about”

The location was excellent, right in the town center overlooking the sea, but that was about the best of it. The window in the room had a broken latch and didn't close too well - even when it did noise from passing cars kept me from sleeping until I set up a portable fan to drown out the noise. No bedside table - it was inconveniently behind the bed so you couldn't get at it easily at night. When ringing the front desk, I often had to wait several minutes for an answer. Tiny elevator, hardly big enough for two people and a bag. Small TV only had 4 channels, no safe in the room, or small fridge. It was certainly servicable for my two night stay, but otherwise rather dreary and not someplace I would frequent in the future.
