Good location, average hotelPosted Apr 1, 2014
You get what you pay for, it's great location, hotel's just a bit dated and the walls are a bit thin but otherwise helpful staff and a clean room made for a good stay.

Nice hotel. Location great, right by the beachPosted Mar 10, 2014
Brilliant staff. Nice rooms. Clean. The single beds and the pillows were uncomfortable. Quilts instead of blankets would have been better

Nice hotel close to town and beachPosted Jan 30, 2014
Stayed at hotel for one night. Room was clean and warm. Receptionist was friendly and check in quick and easy. Had a drink in the bar before we went out for the evening - bar man was pleasant and friendly. The only downside was having to pay £5 to park the car overnight - would look at other hotels who did not make a charge for this.

Good hotel, great staff near Bournemouth PierPosted Oct 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very nice staff, helpful, Great situation (5min max to Bournemouth Pier) not far to town and Bournemouth station. Lovely room, clean, towels, soap, tea and coffee in the bedroom, hairdryer, tv .... but noisy neighboors (4 young english party men ). And internet is charged (5£ for 8 hours) and no shampoo in the room.

Patched hotel where the quality is not even worthPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Only the position Bornemouth, very central. Then I can not find anything else positive.
Cons: pretty much everything, but they should decide whether to focus on quality or only on the pursuit of profit and nothing else.
Location: As already said, the location is very convenient and is easy to reach in a few minutes walk to the central area of the city, full of restaurants, cl
the first night we were allocated a room that seemed a den! The next day to my request the room with twin beds and air-conditioning (as booked) I was initially a supplement then retired after my claim to honor the reservation. The charge to the credit card I was done on the first day and not at the end of the stay.Certainly it is not to be recommended.

I hate that I stayed here!Posted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you pay this much for one night's stay, you should at least expect to leave the following morning having had a comfortable stay. Not so with this hotel. The staff were impolite and unhelpful - when I turned up to check-in, there was no greeting, no welcome, and without even making eye-contact, they just pointed in the general direction of the hotel bar and asked me to wait until I was called - there was nobody else at the desk being processed or waiting and so I was left to wonder what type of establishment I had just walked into! The room I reserved online was a double room, however, when I entered I found it had been set up to sleep four with one double and two singles in a room that was barely adequate for one double - you had to step over one bed and around the other to get to the double! Still, at this point, I was only annoyed and not yet upset. But when I found that one of the bath towels had quite nasty stains on it, other people's hair in the bed, bath drain clogged so more than ankle deep while having a shower, then I became upset. Pillows and mattress were uncomfortable - you'd sleep more soundly and find better quality at any travelodge for one third the price... and then you wouldn't have to stay at this irritating, unhygienic and uncomfortable hotel... I hate that I stayed here!

cheap and cheerful but...Posted Jun 8, 2013
Pros: Cheap and cheerful
Cons: Tiny lift, scalding tap water, v.warm room
Location: Close to beach and town, on a steep hill
Friendly staff, room looked clean till I moved the bed to make it safer for a toddler. Breakfasts are cheaper if u pay when you arrive £4-6 depending what u order. Lift is tiny I struggled to fit small stroller in lol. Water is incredibly hot - could easily scold... I complained and was told better too hot than too cold, and room was very warm - with a fan and open windows

Management severely lacks customer service.....Posted Mar 26, 2013
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: The attitude of the manager, being given at twin room when I'd requested a double, no duvets on beds - they give blankets!!!
Location: Great location for the BIC
You get what you pay for. Bad service from proprietor, not customer friendly. I feel sorry for the poor staff who have to work under that management style, it can't feel very rewarding for them. Stay somewhere else as your money is better off elsewhere.
