room not as advertised

“Dont go there!”

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was very nice. The first room I was given was not clean, there was a used washcloth on the vanity sink, there was trash already in the trash can, the room had an old smell like wet carpet that had dried and now had mildew. I returned to front desk and was given a second room. The second room had no hot water and the room telephone did not work. I returned to front desk and was offered a third room, which I refused. I went further down Ross Clark Circle and checked into the Holiday Inn, and was very pleased with my stay there.

“This was the worsed. We stayed at a Hampton on our way back.”

We are stating to travel more and we learned one thing. Don't stay at a Days INN. You get what you pay for. Breakfast was not very good. The Hampton was $35.00 more, but the room, service and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING.

Not only were there bugs in the room, but the door was rusted out at the top and the bottom so anyone could kick the door out. The bathroom also very unclean. It just didnt feel safe to stay there.
