“no Knight”

The room was not super clean, bathroom so-so. I was almost afraid to use it. Few amenities (soap, etc.) and not enough towels. The pool was drained; kids were disappointed. The advertised breakfast turned out to be cold cereal and coffee; I had to purchase breakfast elsewhere for the family before getting on the road. Neighborhood was seedy.

“Not Impressed”

Our reservation had not made it to the hotel and the only reason I think we got our rooms was that the hotel was almost empty. The lobby smelled of stale smoke and this was where the continental breakfast was served. This breakfast consisted only of cereal which none of us chose because it sat out in the smoky lobby at all times. The remote didn't work and we had to call for toilet paper.

“worst ever”

This was the worst place , I have ever, ever stayed.

“Disappointed”

The swimming pool was drained of water during our entire stay in 100 degree summer weather. Gold's gym privileges were no longer available during stay. Complimentary continental breakfast/coffee was never ready when we checked so we left and went to Waffle House for a wakeup cup of coffee each day. There was a burn hole in the blanket on our bed, unemptied wastebaskets during our stay, and the AC was off upon arrival in reserved room (took several hours. to cool the room so we left for 3 hrs. until it cooled off and no pool to cool off in). We had stayed here once before and it had good features at that time. This time was a disappointment.

“getting worse”

this place used to be half way decent but no frills but very quickly is becoming the dive of Dothan. it is however very cheap and I suppose we should not complain but when faucet is coming out of sink and toilet runs all night and bathtub is peeling paint and finally room service 2 out of 4 days and that was only offered the 2 days the first day they came so early we told them no so room service 1 day out of 4. it seems to me that ownership has changed and now has become another one of those foreign owned places

“Foul odor and poor maintenance of rooms”

I was surprised that a hotel like this was available through Expedia. I have used Expedia for several years and was always satisfied with the hotel accommodations I booked through them. However this hotel was the exception and does not meet the high standard I had come to expect from Expedia. The bath room in my room was dirty with peeling paint and mole on the walls. There was a really bad odor in the room. Despite the fact that I was tired from along drive I could not sleep. I would have checked out immediately if I had not pre-paid for the room.

“Will go back”

The hotel is ok for the price the staff was very nice the room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. will stay again great price.
